As Chief Compliance Officer for Galliard, Paul is responsible for overseeing the administration of all aspects of Galliard’s Compliance program. In addition to his role as Galliard CCO, Paul also acts as CCO for Allspring Funds Management, LLC, a subsidiary of our parent company, Allspring Global Investments. Under his leadership, the Galliard and the Allspring Funds Management Compliance teams help create consistency in regulatory horizon scanning, streamline governance, align monitoring, and synthesize reporting across the Galliard and Allspring legal entities. Paul earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, an M.F.A. from the University of Southern Maine, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law.
